Well Wishes

Dear Irene and Dave,

I had been checking so was pleased to get the updates from Dave and Joanna this afternoon.

We went to Church with our Dave and family today…had communion…..time to reflect and time to lift you before the throne of Grace.  We also sang hymns like “I need thee every hour”, When I survey the wondrous Cross”, and Think about His Love”.  Later as I was thinking about you, an old song came to mind….In Times Like These we need a Savior, In Times Like These we need an Anchor, We’re very sure, we’re very sure, our Anchor holds upon the solid Rock….His Name is Jesus, His Name is Jesus!!

Three cheers for Kent because he hates needles ….. (notice the nurse covered his arm up with a drape!) His pulse is so slow (from all the running he does), that it took them twice as long to get a pint out of him than it did me…. When Irene has our blood in her, she will be able to solve derivatives and balance combustion equations!!!!!!!!
