Irene and Dave, I have been keeping up with your journey and have been inspired and instructed by your faith!  I share with you something that has sustained me ... through both the “crashing waves” times and the “buzzing insect worry” times.

Multi-colored trials ... Multi-colored grace!

He has grace for every trial, strength for every weakness,
joy for every sorrow, and He never runs out!

His grace is great enough to meet the great things ...
The crashing waves that overwhelm the soul,
The roaring winds that leave us stunned and breathless,
The sudden storms beyond our life’s control.
His grace is great enough to meet the small things ..
The little pin-prick troubles that annoy,

The insect worries, buzzing and persistent,
The sqeaking wheels that grate upon our joy.
