7.45 p.m.

Irene arrived home from dialysis about 4.40 p.m...very much earlier than the usual 6 p.m., because one of the needles infiltrated the fistula wall causing extensive pain and discomfort.  She’s iced her arm all evening long and the nausea continues to rage. 

Irene has not experienced an infiltration for several months. 

We hope tomorrow is a better day...
