“…for zeal for your house consumes me…” (Application: We are obsessed with Him and His Kingdom…and will remain steadfast and committed throughout this journey)
Job 13:15
“…though he slay me, yet will I hope in him…” (Application: Nevertheless, no matter what happens, we trust Him because He is trustworthy)
Philippians 1:21
“For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” (Application: He is all that matters and all that we live…and die for!)
Proverbs 18:14
“A man’s (or woman’s) spirit sustains her in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?” (Application: Your well wishes, prayer support and Irene’s gentle but enduring (TOUGH) spirit are powerful!!)

Jane Smalley (Irene’s sister) donated blood platelets on Saturday at UCSF. Jane and Carmen Pedroza, (also Irene’s sister), with our daughter, Jocelyn, also enjoyed a short visit with Irene.
